HOW DO WE BOOK OUR EVENT?

IS THERE A DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR DATE?
Yes, we require 50% of the total along with a signed contract.
IS THERE SOMEONE THERE OPERATING THE BOOTH?
Yes! For the safety of the booth and guest, we have an attendant operating the booth at every event.
HOW MANY OUTLETS DO YOU NEED?
Our booth only needs one standard 120 volt outlet to function! Please note that our booth cannot operate on a dimmer switch.
WHAT SIZE SET UP AREA DO YOU NEED?
We prefer a 10x10x10, but we can set up in a minimum space of 9x6x9.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?
We need about 1 hour to be ready to party.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SET UP AND BREAKDOWN?
Nope! We arrive 1 hour before your rental begins and breakdown once your rental is complete.
CAN YOU SET UP EARLIER?
We only need 1 hour to set up, however, if you would like us there earlier we can include an idle hour fee so that we are able to set up and put the booth on hold so that you are not losing booth time.
WHAT IF WE DON'T WANT THE BOOTH RUNNING DURING CERTAIN TIMES?
We have what is called an Idle Hour fee that puts the booth on hold upon request during that time. Ask us about it when booking!
CAN WE SET UP YOU UP OUTSIDE?
The booth can be placed outside, but must be protected from weather. We ask that you place us under a white tent for the best photo quality. If it is raining or windy, we need to be under a tent or some form of covering.
CAN WE POST OUR PHOTOS TO SOCIAL MEDIA?
Of course! The photos are your's to keep! We ask that you tag us to help us spread the word about our awesome booth!
CAN GUESTS UPLOAD THEIR PHOTOS TO SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes! Our booth comes with emailing + text and allows your guests to receive a digital copy to post anywhere they would like. Please note that this feature requires a working venue wifi connection to function.
DO YOU NEED WIFI?
IF WE BOOK THE DIGITAL BOOTH, CAN GUESTS STILL EMAIL/TEXT THE PHOTOS?
Yes! Regardless of the booth you book, you will be able to send the photos digitally at the event. Just be sure there is a working wifi connection. See above!
DO THE PHOTOS COMING OUT THE BOOTH HAVE A FILTER?
Images coming out of the booth are not enhanced as they are SOOC aka straight-outta-the-camera, but look just as great! All of the images you receive post the event in your online gallery will have the same color treatment as the images on our website.
WHAT IS A GIF?
A gif is a moving animated picture instead of still photos. We offer this option as an add on to any package.
DO WE GET THE DIGITAL FILES?
Yes! Both our Digital Booth and Printer Booth packages all come with an online gallery of the photos from the event. You will receive an email with the gallery of the high-res individual photos within 10 business days after the event.
CAN WE KEEP A COPY OF EVERY PRINT FROM OUR EVENT?
Yes! We do this upon request.
CAN WE INCLUDED GRAPHICS FROM OUR WEDDING INVITATION ON OUR TEMPLATE?
Yes! If you provide us with the jpg or png files from your invitation, we are happy to include those at no additional cost to your digital/print template.
DO WE GET UNLIMITED PRINTS?
Yes! All of our Printer Booth packages come with unlimited prints.
Backdrops + Props
WHAT ARE YOUR BACKDROPS MADE OF?
All of our backdrops are made of quality cloth material with a seamless appearance.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN BACKDROP?
Absolutely. Use the Book Now tab to contact us and we will give you specific instructions on what we need for the backdrop.
HOW MANY PROPS DO WE GET?
We believe less is more, but the props we do provide are made of quality material and bring a whole lotta fun.
CAN WE PICK OUT OUR OWN PROPS?
We have one standard prop collection which is what we include in each of our packages. Keep in mind that props undergo maintenance from use, so if there is something specific you would like, we will do our best to be sure it's included upon request. Everyone loves our selection and always has a blast with everything that we bring.
CAN WE REQUEST THEME PROPS?
We are happy to include any theme props that you provide or we have the option to add custom props to any package. Ask us about this at booking!
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE A PROP TABLE?
If you have one, we'll take it! Otherwise we will bring our own.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE LETTER BOARD?
Yes! There is a section in our questionnaire that gives you the option to let us know if there is something specific that you would like us to include. If you don't customize, we will choose your company slogan, wedding theme, or just a fun saying that fits the event for the board.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
